Only woodturning sites can come up because we have been painstakingly entering a link for only woodturning sites. If you don’t find what you’re looking for with your initial search, a simple click of the mouse will perform the search on the entire World Wide Web.
In addition, just like the regular Google you can use advanced search features such as:
Using ” “ to search more than one word. Simply searching the web for lathe gouge will return 78,000 results containing the words lathe and/or gouge. But by placing the two words in “quotes” your search will only return sites that have lathe gouge combined. “Lathe gouge” brings up only 415 results
or
Type Define: in front of a word that you don’t know. Google will search the web for definitions of that word in any context.
or
Type Info: in front of a website you are interested in. Google will return a list of choices including: Web pages that are similar; web pages that link to; or web pages that link from the site you have entered.
